  • Phone Number: If you opt-in to SMS reminders (Pro/Ultimate plans)
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your credit card details

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and general interaction with the Service
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device type
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs

2.3 Bank Statement Scanning (Optional)

If you choose to use our AI-powered bank statement scanning feature:

  • Uploaded files are processed solely to extract subscription information
  • Files are automatically deleted immediately after processing
  • We do not store, retain, or have ongoing access to your financial documents
  • Extracted subscription data (service names, amounts) is stored in your account

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Send you subscription renewal reminders via email and/or SMS
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Send important notices about your account or changes to our terms
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud

4. SMS Text Messaging

If you choose to enable SMS reminders (available on Pro and Ultimate plans):

4.1 Phone Number Collection

We collect your phone number only when you explicitly opt-in to SMS reminders by entering and verifying your phone number in your account settings. Phone verification requires you to enter a 6-digit code sent to your phone, ensuring you consent to receiving messages.

4.2 How We Use Your Phone Number

Your phone number is used solely to send you subscription renewal reminder messages. We do not sell, share, or use your phone number for marketing purposes or share it with third parties except for Twilio, our SMS delivery provider.

4.3 Message Content and Frequency

  • Messages contain only subscription renewal reminders (service name, amount, renewal date)
  • Frequency varies based on your settings (up to 4 messages per subscription per month)
  • We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS
  • Message and data rates may apply

4.4 Opting Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Resend: Email delivery
  • Twilio: SMS delivery
